The Bremen site symbolises a dynamic growth strategy. In addition to the site in Northern Germany, Thimm Packaging Systems has opened three more new sites since 2013. This underlines the company's aim of supplying its customers as flexibly as possible through its strong market presence. Having established itself in the Bremen Freight Village, an important trans-shipment centre for goods, the company is developing the Northern German market and is also very well-connected to international freight traffic. In the words of Jörg Struß who runs the Bremen plant, “we specifically offer the benefit of the shortest possible transportation routes to companies based in this region. Furthermore, our high storage capacity enables buffer stores to be set up out of which customers can call up the packaging they require at extremely short notice.”
